    Description

Two stroke pipe repair kit to repair dented exhaust pipes.
Repair most modern 200/250/300cc two stroke pipes.

    https://youtu.be/7j6m3CCVOEc
Please indicate the year, make and cc size of your bike so I can send you the correct size kit for your application.
    Remove d
ents from your 2 stroke pipe using your air compressor and a heat source.
Contains parts to seal off both ends of the pipe, including an air valve on one end. Dents can be removed by applying air pressure and gently heating the damaged area. The increase in air pressure in the pipe pushes the dent outwards.
    Built-in 100 psi
    pressure gauge
to monitor the pressure inside the pipe during dent removal offering additional safety. Lesser tools don't have these.
Pipe can be heated with mapp gas or propane torch but oxy/acetylene is preferred.
    FITMENT NOTES:
Universal fit on header end for modern pipes.
Measure your pipe prior to ordering and/or include the bike year, make and cc size in notes to seller upon purchase. This way I can make sure you receive the correct size for your application.
This kit will not fit the rare FMF "SST" pipe. The stinger end on the SST pipe has a larger diameter and must be milled on a custom order. Please send a message to seller.
There are also specific kits sized to fit KTM 65/85cc, CR500 and KX500cc pipes.
If you require a different kit, search ebay for my other kits listed under my wife's ID: YZ250Chick.
