I bought this ceiling fan for 40 bucks because my old one died. I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This was a great deal. The light wasn't great so I replaced the soft light bulb with a daylight one. The fan works great, moves air around to keep the room cool, and my undercarriage dry. Easy for a moron like me to install, too.

This is by far the best deal you will find on any fan for twice its price! You can find some much more expensive fans (2-3 times cost of this one) that will put out a little more air but this fan puts out plenty. Get it before they raise the price!

This is a quiet smooth running fan and it looks good. I bought 2-of them on sale for .00 for the pair. Yes the included bulb is crap I bought a pair of eco smart 100w daylight led bulbs and boy do they light up the room. The one fan smelt like oil so I ran it for 24hrs smell went away. I felt there was too many wires to stuff into the light kit and the round insulator was too big I trimmed 1/2" off the size fit a lot better. The second thing that was a challenge is holding the blade the screwdriver and installing onto the motor while the motor is free spinning while you try to attatch it.

Easy to install. Very nice for the cost. If replacing older fans this one does sit very high so if hanging in a room with unflat ceilings might need to check clearance so the blades don't hit the roof. Blades spin 6 and 1/2 inches from ceiling. As far as performance this fan definitely gets the job done works great.

It does the same job as the expensive fans. But, like most, after speed 2 it clicks. Speed 2 is good enough. Shifts a lot of air. We are removing the light fixture because you can buy a kit (not included) to remove the light. One less “chain’ to be pulled and broken. And we are switching the speed to be connected at the wall rather than the chain.

I bought seven of these about a year and a half ago to put throughout my house in the black and they look very beautiful they operate super smooth and quiet and provide plenty of air circulation and are easy to install I use them almost every day and they are still working perfectly I just purchased my eighth one for my last room and they are still in stock which shows me they must be good I would definitely recommend them to anybody who’s looking for a good priced good quality fan.

Pretty easy install. As noted though make sure you tidy up your wiring at the ceiling . If you leave stuff hanging you'll hear the noises others noted. Glad that I read the reviews before install so I was able to avoid that problem. For a lower price item this fan is nicer than I expected. Parts all fit together and it's a nice looking piece . The Expresso color seems like it will blend in well with most color schemes. One minor battle is getting the light fixture attached , there's a lotta wiring that wants to hang you up so it might take a couple tries to get everything in its place. The fan runs quiet and moves a good bit of air .

(We were replacing 2 fans that after 20+ years had reached their end. so we had power and points of support to begin with). My son did the physical side on the ladder and I did instructions and ground assembly. We removed the old fans first. Installation went good, a few things (attaching the light kit) was physically more difficult than anticipated. It took us about 2 hours to install both fans; we estimate 75-80 mins for the first and 40-45 minutes for the second. Experience came through.The fans are very quiet and perform as expected.

This is a good cheap ceiling fan that looks great . Thats the good the bad is screws are very hard to install there is not much room and you must use screwdriver on a angle on the screws that attach the blades to the motor. When I went to install the light kit the one connector did not go together proper I had to use electrical tape and there was so many wires to try to stuff the light kit up inside I had to really force the light kit on. This is not the first ceiling fan I have installed.If your on a buget like me this is a good value but I would never buy this and pay someone to install it.

The ceiling fan looks nice. It runs quiet. The blades are nicely balanced so the fan does not move at high speeds. The only issue I had with the fan is while installing it, a wire came loose from the switch that controls the fan speed. The switch looks cheap. I expected a better connection from the factory. I found out it came undone when I built everything, the light worked but the fan did not. But for , it does the job!
