A new oil baffle is offered here for the Mazda MX-5 NA, NB and NBFL.
Fits Allen models from 1990-2005, both 1.6L and 1.8 / 1.9L
The oil baffle prevents the oil pressure from falling when braking heavily. This is a major problem, especially in vehicles that are used in motorsport, since the oil pressure drops slightly when the brakes are applied heavily.
The reason for this is that the oil is thrown forward when braking and therefore hardly any oil is sucked in.
This baffle prevents this. The oil cannot escape to the front and the oil pressure remains stable.
The sheet is completely made of aluminum and we CNC milled and manufactured it in-house.
The sheet metal is up to 55% lighter than comparable competing products at a fraction of the cost.
New part, absolutely perfect fit. All that is required is a slight lateral bending (this is necessary so that the sheets can be stored better).
