NORTH FACE MOUNTAIN 25 SUMMIT SERIES 2 PERSON TENT - NEAR PERFECT CONDITION

I've owned this tent since purchasing new and have only used it 3 times. The ONLY reason I'm selling is that I just don't need a tent this burly and it isn't getting the use it deserves.  In the 3 times I've used it I can vouch that this is truly an expedition-caliber beast with fantastic and well thought out features that allow for extended stays in extremely harsh weather. It's made to be a workhorse, hard wearing with plenty of room for two people and gear. Storage is the best I've ever seen in a tent including not only large front and rear vestibules with dual exits, but also full mesh pockets wall to wall inside with additional overhead mesh storage.  Seriously - I love this thing but it's not a backpacker's or 3 season climbers kind of gig and my days of Winter overnights on climbs aren't happening so I'm letting it go.
For the 3 times I put this thing to use it was thoroughly cleaned, washed and has been meticulously taken care of in field and in home.  During it's non use I've kept it stored in-home (not a garage,) loose in a large air tight tote with moisture controlling desiccant that I changed regularly - seriously, I take care of my gear.  The outer shell is near mint, poles are perfect, snow anchors have never been used and all lanyards are in tact and near new condition as well.  The interior main tent is also in very good shape - the only thing are a couple small stains on the outer ripstop material that are pointed out in the pics (these are minor minor but I feel worth mentioning - if it wasn't for them I would list the entire tent as mint.)
Note no footprint is included (this tent did not sell with an included footprint and I always use tarps, so I never bought one for it.)
