    Description
    This auction is for an original 1910 & 1911 Waltham Clock Co. Sales Catalogs. These are not new reprints; it is possible that they are the same catalog I don't know as one fit into the other but they have different dates. 1) The first one is a 21 page saddle stiched pamphlet featuring dials , movements, hall clocks, Regulators , Marble dials clocks, Banjo. This is date 1910. This is the green book in the pictures it measures 10.75 x 7 x 2) The second one dated May 15 1911, is  18 individual pages of hall/ grandfather clocks and a with company price list. This is yellow in the pictures. Measures 10.25" x 6.5"
    The Waltham Clock Co. was founded in 1887 to manufacture high grade clocks and there is not too many around still.  These company was not a division of the Waltham Watch company. It may have been purchased later by the watch co or the bought out the assets when the went out of business. I believe sometime in the 1920's or 1930's but I'm not entirely sure.
    Condition: The good of these catalogs are poor. The 1910 catalog cover is turn at the binding, and tears and creases all around. The front and back cover are only connected by about 3" in the center of the paper cover. The pages are yellowing and some of them have mildew. The 1911 pages are yellowing and some of them have tear as if they had been stuck together. Both have suffered water damage on the left side of the book and individual pages. Some up to 2". The pages of both are still very readable and informative.It is a great historical document, have never seen another, however it is in rough shape and needs a collector to preserve it. Please see the pictures for a visual description of the catalog as i have tried to show an example of the damage as well as the contents of the catalog. Return are accepted if not happy with items, but you should not think these are in good condition. Please ask any questions you may have
