Comes with the tent, tarp footprint, rainfly, poles, stakes, stake bag, and carrying bag for everything. This is in great used condition! I have wiped it down and aired it out. There are some spots on the rainfly. It looks like where it rubbed against the poles.  A tad of yellowing on the inside of the rainfly as well. You can not see this at all from the outside.
